Limited Exhibit Space Available

The organizers of "Living with Polio in the 21st Century", PHI's 10th International Conference at Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation (RWSIR), April 23-25, 2009, are offering exhibit space in Georgia Hall.

Exhibit hours are Friday, April 24 from 11:30 am-7:00 pm and Saturday, April 25 from 8:30 am-1:30 pm. Exhibits can be set up on Friday, April 24 between 9:30-11:00am.

An 8-foot table with a black shirt and white tablecloth will be provided. Electricity is available.

The fee is $200 and includes a full page ad in each day's program booklet.

The three-day comprehensive educational program is designed for polio survivors, ventilator users and their families, and health professionals. The core program takes advantage of RWSIR's current facilities by offering practical sessions, and its past by exploring the history of polio. Since the basics of the late effects of polio are readily available the program offers targeted and in-depth sessions, as well as sessions that offer "tools" to live with polio.

Ten booths are available. Click here for form to reserve your space now.
