Also in the article below is a link to the worldwide centers and the person to contact to find out more about participation. Not all of the centers are recruiting yet. The centers in the US are University of California Los Angeles, Washington University in St. Louis, SUNY Upstate Medical University (Syracuse) and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (Philadelphia). Canadian centers include Toronto General Hospital and Montreal Neurological Institute, McGill University.
